Once again Amelco will be exhibiting at the Interzum Exhibition to be held in Cologne, Germany from 9 May to 12 May 2023. We shall be demonstrating via video our Roll Packing machine version RL2000PRE, incorporating a conveyor unit for pre-compression of the units prior to the feeding process, ideal for high bonnel and pocketed innerspring units. We shall also be presenting the Frame Machine version FF-1U, that can handle both flat steel strip and round wire border frame, as well as our Flat Bale Press FB22 and our Unbaler UB2000EF for the safe and efficient unpacking of innerspring units in a roll. We have expanded the pocketed spring units section with the addition of a brand new fully automatic production line with extended capabilities including the production of pocketed spring units with zones

Further to a customized order, Amelco has designed and erected a Rollpack machine model RL2100PRE that can accommodate innerspring units of width up to 210cm, 10cm wide than what the standard model RL2000PRE can handle. The machine was delivered to a customer in the Baltic region.

The newly designed Roll Packing machine is now capable to handle two paper rolls of up to 120cm in diameter.

This effectively reduces the overall paper changeover time, hence increasing the productivity of the machine.
