The flat wire frame welding station is a piece of Industrial Art which gave a lot of material savings. We also have 3 of Amelco’s Rollpack machines belonging to 3 different generations, with the oldest one, built in 1985, still used in our production chain. This is raw evidence of the creators’ technologies progress and sharply modern way of thinking. The machines never gave us any serious problems. Any problems we have encountered, were solved by professional consulting and instructions immediately upon our addressing. We’re simply earning profit having bought this equipment.

The Roll Packing machine has satisfied our needs. We have only had the machine for 4 months now and it has helped us a lot to make better use of the space from the production facilities and to supply our clients with spring units. In essence it must be said that the machine was developed by an experienced engineer because the logic of the machine is simple and sharp.

We bought from Amelco the FF-1 frame machine which we have been using for the past 4 years. It has helped us to reduce our costs significantly while it is very easy to change from one mattress size to another. Gainsborough has very good technical support from Amelco and they have been very quick to respond for spare parts and advice. We look forward to any new products that Amelco will bring out in the future.

We purchased the FF-1 frame bending machine from Amelco three years ago. Prior to that we had to bend the wire manually and it was a very time consuming process.
